The old world... that's what they called it. Serenity, that's what it was called. It was a beautiful world, much like Earth and mirrored it in almost every way. It was full with people with special abilities, from altering their voice to traveling through time itself. The Gifted, that's what they're called. But Serenity was destroyed by an unknown force, so many years ago and the inhabitants of it's world were thrown to Earth and they began to blend and melt with the humans and creatures that lived there. Vampires and lycans, those things they've seen; but humans were new to them and yet they adapted.
Now, many years later, many creatures and humans alike find themselves in Shine Falls; a quiet and beautifully landscaped town that's home to humans who really don't know anything about The Gifted or vampires or Lycans. Most believe it to be all myth, but something is stirring in this once quiet town. There are those who view this creatures as abominations to the world, calling themselves exterminators. Then there are others who want to do everything possible to worm their selves into the world of the supernatural. People are becoming more aware of the things around them, some fear they won't live to see tomorrow.
