We're always happy to hear of ideas whether its between a small number or characters or site wide ideas for plots and development.
Open a new thread and explain your thoughts, ideas, who it would involve and where you would like this plot to go or what you'd like to happen.
Other people can respond and before you know it you could have a good plot on the go with a group of people!
